All candidate relationships are based on two words: Integrity and Trust. Our goal is to make sure every candidate we represent gets a job as quickly as possible. Either through us, or not through us, we will do whatever we can to make sure we’re giving each candidate every lead and piece of advice we can to help them get a job.
We guarantee every candidate that we represent, WE WILL NOT SEND your resume anywhere without your consent, ever. There are two reasons for this: One, we do not want to run the risk of duplicating your efforts. When your resume is presented to a client through two different sources, it will most likely be thrown out to avoid any potential fee disputes that could arise. Second, your crazy cousin Larry who you would never want to work with may work at the company we want to send your information to! If you don’t want to work there, we don’t want to submit you for the position.
We will coach every candidate on any aspect of their job search where they, or we as professionals, feel they are lacking to help them get the job they want. These aspects include areas such as: Interviewing techniques, Resume writing strategies, How to resign from your current position, Resignation letter writing, How to start strong in your new environment, and many more.
We believe in completely open and honest communication with every candidate. If we have a potential position for you, you will know about it. If we don’t, you will know that too. No games, just open communication. On that same note, we expect our candidates to keep us informed of what they have working on their end of their job search as well.
